Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Carefully fold your items and place them in the original mailer, ensuring the Selkie garment bag and all hangtags are included.
Print and Post
Download your prepaid shipping label, secure it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return for quality assurance, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
